要約:This article addresses cooperative human-machine co-creations by examining the use of AI assistants in university-level German as a Foreign Language (DaF) instruction. The use of the Personen Chat tool on the fobizz learning platform enables interaction in conversations with AI-generated characters. Based on this, the article reflects on the extent to which such interactions can be understood as cooperative learning processes. It becomes evident that learners use the tool for information research, ask follow-up questions, and reflect on both historical and contemporary topics. Challenges such as incorrect information, linguistic inaccuracies, or content filters are not only seen as obstacles but also as opportunities for learning—particularly in fostering AI and prompt literacy. Thus, a productive engagement with AI and its limitations in foreign language education can strengthen both technological and interpersonal cooperation.
